someone wants to hire me to impersonate them on twitter/facebook?

I've gotten really great at social media and a few clients already, but I had someone ask me something strange - they want me to impersonate them on facebook and twitter and post as them on their accounts so they don't have to do anything. They travel a lot and want consistent updates. They're not famous, but they do have a book. I'd be acting as a pr rep so I don't think this is illegal since I'm being hired to do it.

I'm not entirely sure how to go about this - if I should charge more for it or what research I need to do to be that person or what kinds of things I should post as someone else - I have a lot of experience doing this for brands but for a stranger with a book I have no clue and I don't think posts about book book book every post would be a good idea. I know I will have to read said book but I'm not sure if I can get a complete personality out of a book.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I have to write a proposal. I have a few ideas already that I'm building on now, but I am wondering if someone will think of something I haven't.

My friend makes a living posting as people on Facebook all day. From what I've heard, it's a pretty chilled job. No idea what she earns.

Would they be willing to call/skype you from their travels? It could help you give their updates some more flavor and authenticity, and would allow you to get a feel for their voice as well as giving you content to write about. Otherwise, it would be hard to do it.

You need to ask them how many updates they want each day??

Then, ask if they want only updates or promotion of their books and all??
