Best Business Plans for Outsourcing

My main goal is to have systems set up which don't need me.
So it is smart to start by having a business plan which can accommodate that, rather then creating a product which you realize NEEDS you after it's too late.

Does anyone have any plans which can be totally outsourced? (such as amazon/clickbank review sites)

I'd honestly start with something that makes you do all the work. Then, once you're generating enough profit pay one person to do the job(s) you once were. It's never a good idea to start with outsourcing in mind.

I already make a comfy 3k a month from my dropshipping company and info product.

I'm looking to expand my empire which doesn't need to involve me. Once I get those up to what I want them to be, I will most likely kill my dropshipping company because it just takes too much of my time.

Nearly 99%, I'd go out on a limb and say you're 100% replaceable (can be totally outsourced)

Think about the tasks you will need to complete to be successful:

    1) Market research and analysis
    2) Content Creation
    3) social Media
    4) Web Development
    5) Customer Service (if you sell your own products)
    6) SEO Expert
    7) General manager to keep everyone on task.

And I'm probably missing a few, but you get the point.

I would not advise getting 1 VA that can do all of the above, but finding people who specialize in one area or another, it will be much more effective.

You only goal would be to make sure the manager understands your vision and is able to pass the mission down to the staff.

I am willing to do today what other's aren't, so I can live tomorrow, how other's can't.

    Are you?

It seems you want to make it in IM without doing anything. I think that only after you have done all the hard work yourself you will then know whats required and be in a position to instruct a VA.
    Just my opinion..

The best way to get started in outsourcing is content writing (assuming you understand it and know what you want done). After that you can move on to outsourcing linkbuilding and other aspects of SEO but it is IMPORTANT to have done most if not all of the techniques that you eventually want to outsource. Otherwise, you have no idea of the time or value of certain work. Also, once you get a good team of people for certain outsourcing activities you can really get the ball rolling.
