Greetings Warriors!

We have this hosting from Goldbar and all of our files are there. We want to move all of those files to our new Hostgator hosting.

Now my question is, is it possible to transfer the files from our Goldbar hosting directly to our new hostgator hosting? Or I still need to download all the files from Godlbar Hosting to my hard drive and then upload them to our hostgator hosting?

We are worried that perhaps there will be files that won't be included in the transfer. We need to make it sure it first before cancelling our Goldbar hosting account.

Are there any options for us to consider? What are some other ways?

    are you using cpanel with goldbar? If so it's simple you can do a full backup of the site to a zip file then upload it to hostgator and unzip it.
