Whats My Site Worth

I am thinking of selling one of my adsense sites to generate some income for a new project.

The site has a pr4 and google rankings for quite a few keywords, makes around £5 - £12 per day on adsense.

Any ideas anyone?

    5-12 Euro's is currently 6-14 USD at the moment.
    This is how you averagely calculate a sites value. (Not all are correct)

    since 5-12 EUR the average is 8.5 per day, so X that by 30. You gain about 255 EUR per month. X that by 10-12 and theres your sites worth. Sometimes its wrong due to Domain Age and other things but hey, at least theres a brief idea right?

    P.S Depends on the Niche too!

    Get a professional to estimate it, a lot of factors come in hand, such as Design,content, loading times, traffic, future analysis / demand and many more.

    Or you can just put a number on it and sell.

    Price can be subjective. All depend on the amount buyer willing to pay. So the key is to sell to the right buyer.

    In general we can start with the same amount of money the site can generate in one year. So if the site is generating $10 amonth, we can start with 120 price. That is just a rough estimate.

    Thanks guys, the site is only a few months old around 4 i think. its based around the stock market.
