Lots of Legal issues regarding IM you might not be aware of until you get into trouble.
So in my other post i was talking about a specific legal issue.
But as i read mroe and more legal websites and government websites from my country singapore and US [because US will be the main target of most businesses online] i found that many of us IMers might get into trouble without knowing.
All businesses MUST be registered. No matter how small or casual it may be.
Even if its a blogshop. I use to think its an option, not a must or a law.
