selling adsense site on flippa - what to put?

Hi Warriors!

I want to sell an adsense site I have; it made $20 during February so I've heard you should price it at least 10x of what its making?

I've added my StatsCounter id and uploaded Google analytics but, I want to add earning proof and don't know if I need to block anything from an adsense screenshot?

Should I add anything else?

    Make sure you block out any account details apart from the site address obviously

    For Adsense I black out things like the CPC and CTR. Its against Adsense TOS to display this info. Just look at other flippa sites being sold with adsense, they have adsense screen shots with the areas blacked out.

    A site that made $20 in February is not a site that makes $20/mnth. You need an earning history to claim a monthly income. Just saying.
