    raylee,

If your product is health related, the WSO section is not the best place for it in my humble opinion. This is a internet marketing forum, not a health and wellness forum.

Your best bet would be join some of those health orientated forums and see if they have a platform for releasing products.

Alternatively you could try Clickbank or simply launch from your own website using DigiResults, MooshPay or JVZoo or W+

Warrior Forum is not suited to your launch. You need to be on health type forums building relationships with people who have list.

The Warrior Forum is not even the best platform to launch a mid to high end IM product .. In My Not So Humble Opinion :-)

That would really depend on the resources one has available to them. If you have good affiliates already lined up, I see no reason not to use your own sites.

I have my own membership/affiliate management php script and use it on the bigger stuff .. especially if I want to pay recurring fees to affiliates via check (pay pal frowns on recurring aff payments and consider most an MLM).

If those types of resources are not in the arsenal I suggest doing smaller type launches until you get your own affiliates. These launches can run on many platforms including the WSO section if relative. Click Bank .. commission junction ... E-junkie .. Mooshpay ...just to name a few.

JV Zoo is a platform I am currently getting ready to test but if initial thought pan out .. this might end up being a platform I would be interested in trying a mid-range to high end launch on.

I'd recommend you do some serious work gathering affiliates before you even think about launching you product. A good way of doing this is Google your Targeted Keyword Phrase....

For example you could Google "fitness & nutrition etc" and start compiling a spreadsheet full of websites that cater for that niche. Get domain names, email addresses, first name of person you are going to email etc.

Do this over and over again, the more time the better. Then send out a short, clear to the point email telling these forum/website owners that you are launching a product that is related to their niche and would provide great value to their users.

Ask them to simply reply "Yes" or "No" and that you will follow up by providing them with full details about the launch, commissions, what you can do for them etc. Perhaps you could provide them with a free mini ebook that they could give to their list for free and then follow up with an promotion about your paid product later on.

I've had good success with this sort of approach but beware - it is a numbers game. You may only get a 10% positive response from emails sent and then a lesser % that will actually promote for you. Thats why it often pays to outsource this work - I know its a pain if your just starting out but trying to do all this sh*t on your own will drive you nuts....

I did it the hard way before but now I like to outsource it, gives me way more time for more important stuff. Just my 2 cents

There are a good few places out there to outsource to. I'm no expert in outsourcing but I followed some advice I got in Tim Ferriss's 4 Hour Work Week (he gives lots of examples) and checked out one called Virtual Assistant | Virtual Secretary | Executive Assistants | Research Services | IT Services - Brickwork India

That one is fairly professional and you can be assigned your very own virtual assistant. One benefit is that your VA will be part of a team and have a supervisor should you have any problems with them.

You can find outsourcers in the Phillipines for $150-200 per month to do similar work but most of these are independent and so you wouldn't have the safety net of employing an agency.

They are a great help but they do need time to train in at the start so be prepared for a few mistakes in the beginning etc.

OK my friend you have some very good advice here. Use it! I've used a list in the past along with JV partners and their list. You must remember this, You'll build a huge list and that is where the money is. In the list! Build trust and relationships. Oh ya! remember that great 4 letter word. FREE!

The key to good launch marketing? Pre-launch marketing. Marketing an e-book or info product requires building a platform. Niche forums, social media (Twitter, WordPress, niche forums), blogging...these are all solid ways to get your name out there. Please tell us you have a squeeze page and are working on that list.

Check out the directory of ezines and buy some solo ads. Start building a list right away though, then you'll always have a place to launch your products.

If you're doing a product launch,,, then build a list!
    Create a squeeze page / opt-in page
Use PPC and affiliates with lists to get traffic
If people opt-in, they will get a freebie (video/pdf)
Keep sending them 3-4 freebies after this with a few days between.
At the end of this, sell them something for a smaller price (like $7)
Keep them happy with more good stuff(especially the ones who bought this smaller product)
Now you have gotten this list to trust you more, and you send them an email about your product,,, and link to a long sales-copy or a video that sells it.
The ones who bought the smaller product for $7, will be much more likely to buy your $97 product).

    That's a decent launch.
This is how the guru's do it , but with a lot more of building it up, scarcity like closing after one day, etc... And it works pretty good. Once you have the list, and they trust you, it's very easy to do a decent product launch
