Trial sign ups but no subscriptions.. Help

Hello all,

We provide subscription software that enables users to build DIY engagement tools for their Facebook Marketing. We offer a trial sign up with "No credit Cared required". We have been live for 30 days and are getting sign ups (about 5% of visitors) with a variety of traffic however not having trial users come back and sign up. We are getting emails from users for custom work and they seem to like our tools but again no $$.

In our site we allow users to play with our templates before signing up and on sign up we collect basic info such as name, email, address, etc. We have been encouraging full sign up on the users "My Account" page inside the dashboard. Should we be requiring a credit card on sign up? Should we not allow users to play with the templates before they sign up?

My site is buildchatter.com .. Any advice would be much appreciated

If you spell it Credit Cared your visitors might not trust you too much

Can you actually use the templates without signing up, or is it one of those where you can build the template and then have to pay before you can implement it?

Thanks so much!! Spelling has never been my strong suit lol... I will make these changes immediately. One last question... How do I set up my thank you page if I work with affiliates on a CPA (sale) basis? In essence all users will hit the Thank you page however we will not be able to confirm that they have actually paid for 10 days... Is there a way to set this up? I am pretty green to online selling so I truly appreciate all your help

        Hi
I found your services when a similar product offer WSO closed. I also found North Social. I like yours because it offers quizzes but how do you compare with North Social? There is a big overlap in functionality and price.
        Thanks.

It sounds like you are following up with email correct?

I would consider offering fans to their fanpage with purchase.

Such as "5000 Instant Fans To Your Fanpage With Purchase"

You can easily gets these on Fiverr for $5.

Also include whatever incentive you decide to have a
    limited time offer message.

    I hope this helps

I have just checked your page,And i can see That when you choose trial your credit card submit area is cancelled,A huge Marketring mistake,Because after the trial is over the customer is not automatically charged,And think about it,You try a program for free,10 whole days of free trial,And than,Theyre not auto charged,Believe me,The last thing a FREE TRIAL customer wants Is to Enjoy life with a free "10 day vacation" And than have to find the way on theyre OWN how they would be charged.

What you should change is when they submit for free trial, you should combine it with the payment,Instead of let them choose free trial or payment(They will choose free trial),Give Them no choice but to submit THE FREE TRIAL FOR 10 DAYS and than they will automatically be charged After these 10 days.

    Hope you understood me,Cheers!
