I need a help desk for my website ASAP!

I just got done creating a Product site and I really could use a help desk on it but don't know programming. I looked around this forum looking for one with no luck.

Can I ask what you guys are using for a help desk?

I want something that is easy to use.

      Hi Matthew,

      I use Hesk Help Desk software for all my sites under just one domain name and it has worked great for years.

      I had even tried a paid product and it did not come any where near as full featured as this free software.

      Best of all it is 100% free, very simple to install and they update this program only when it is really needed, not like some where you practically have to update on a weekly basis.

      Hope this will help you out making a decision.
