Hello everyone,

I have a quick question to ask and I would appreciate receiving as much input to this as possible because I feel that this question will rearing it's head all over the place very soon.

And if you are an internet marketer then this will almost 100% include you.

As you know the FTC has been creating new laws right and left and it can be very time consuming trying to keep up with them and their direct effect on the marketer.

There is a new law that went into effect March 1, 2012 called "FTC Business Opportunity Rule".

i have some concerns about this rule and not being an attorney trying to understand exactly what they are saying is pretty tricky to say the least.

My main concern is regarding those marketers that create web sites for sell, especially those based around Amazon, eBay and ClickBank.

Is it your understanding that we are now required to comply with this rule if we sell such products?

I found this web page (http://mikeyounglaw.com/internet-law...#comment-14105) where there is a pretty good definition of what this rule is about but after having read it myself I'm still not sure.

What are your opinions regarding this?

Makes no difference whether you like it or agree or disagree with it, it is the law now, but do you feel that items such as creating and selling these web sites come under this ruling?

I hope to see a lot of interest on this as like I said, one way or another it concerns us all.

Thanks for reading.

Gary
