Yes! LinkedIn can be an awesome networking tool. For example reaching top affiliates, or generating offline business leads!

My Uncle actually does courses on how to boost traffic to your Linkedin account, there are a lot of people interested, so I'm sure there is quite a bit of money to be made. Besides, it's the largest professional network in the world, it just recently hit 150 million members!

The way to make money with LinkedIn is the same way to make money in real life. Find people who can and will buy from you then talk to them.

  Think people forget that there is also PPC with Linkedin...
  
  I've been DYING for a good WSO or product that teaches this. Especially if there are ways to decrease the cost of their PPC... $3 a click is pretty pricey, even though it is EXTREMELY targeted.

You can certainly make money using Linkedin.

In order to achieve your goal, it would be helpful to complete 100% of the profile including having a good picture and perhaps even a video.

  In terms of making money on LinkedIn... absolutely! It's a great way to forge relationships and network with people. You can brand yourself an expert through the Answers and Groups features. The one thing with LinkedIn is it's not a wham, bam, thank you, ma'am kind of place... it's very professional and you are rewarded when you act professionally and look at it as a place to create long term relationships.

I get some really good conversion rates with linked in ppc, generally people on there only click ads if they are genuinely interested in your services.

Don't use it these days as I've switched my main focus to offline sales but I defo recommend it.
