INTERNET MARKETING

What is the best way to track incoming clicks from multiple solo ads at once? I looked at bit.ly but it only seems to track raw clicks, not unique clicks.

You can do this by adding a bit of text at the end of the url. That way you know were person is coming from. So your link would look like http://www.domainname/bobslist And if that does not work with your software, you could do a different subdomain on your site for multiple landing pages. Just copy the landing page, and in the url and the bobslist. This should work for you. But if you need more help, just drop me a line and I will do what I can to help.

I use bit.ly, and pretty sure it tracks raw clicks

Thanks for all of the answers! For anyone interested Ken's answer gave me an idea. I ended up using the Pretty Links plugin since this is a WP squeeze page. I added the pretty links www.mysite.com/soload1, www.mysite.com/soload2, www.mysite.com/soload3, etc. and they all just go back to www.mysite.com. Pretty Links tracks both raw and unique clicks so it seems to work just fine.

Michael suggests the best one. Tracking 202 is awesome for anything related to traking, if your pushing some high volume or want a top class long term solution go for that. Also, worth pointing out it is free!

The program itself that you are promoting should track this for you. If it doesn't then you have a problem. The problem is that you won't know where sales are coming from.

The one place you can get these results with is Clickbank.
