Best way to sync facebook, twitter, and wordpress

Hey guys,
I've done this once before, but forgot. What is the best way to have my wordpress blogs sync to facebook fan page whenever I post a new article and all Facebook status updates/other updates to my Twitter account?

    You could just use TwitterFeed and that will post anything from your WordPress to your accounts at Twitter and Facebook.

      I agree with Chase Wats. Twitterfeed is easy to set up. It's like set and forget.

    I use Networked Blogs, a Facebook app, to have my blog posts automatically post on Facebook. Then I use Hootsuite to post updates to my page, profile, Twitter, LinkedIn or wherever I want them to appear. With Hootsuite, I can choose which places to have an update show. I also use Buffer for scheduling updates that just involve sharing bits of information.
