Is Creating An Highly Profitable Online Business 10X Easier If You Do This??

Hey fellow warrior,

IMHO it's simply 10X easier to create a profitable online based business if you choose to operate in markets that have nothing to do with selling how to make money materials.

- Lots of newbies get into online business and initially try to operate in the how to make money niche...

...don't do well and tragically also believe that the how to make money niche is the be all to end all.

They had a hard time and now they want to quit.

I suspect 100's of 1,000's have quit not understanding that there are many other options available for them.

and...

- Lots of people have switched their operations to other lucrative niches and then found success.

Why IMHO is it easier to operate in other markets?

#1: You're not competing against world class marketers in the most competitive niche other than the porn

industry.

#2: Most everyone in the how to make money niche are promoting at least an affiliate product or service and...

...very few are interested in buying your product unless they are looking for another option because what they're using now is not working.

#3: It's easier to get your prospects to do what you want them to do in other markets:

#4: The new and large Web 2.0 world is much more receptive to non money making offers:

#5: It's easier to get truly responsive visitors to your offers:

I'm not saying newbies and non earners ( people that have been around awhile without making money ) can not make good money in the how to make money niche but...

...why not choose the path of least resistance when it comes to the important task of gaining more financial control of your life?

Hope This Helps!!

TL

Ps. Since we're at a online business forum, of course it makes a whole lot of sense to have a online business offer in your sig file but for newbies and non earners the money that's going to change your financial picture more likely will come from other niches.

You were losing me in your main article but this p.s. totally lost and bemused me.
Of course, as on line marketers we will have an online business offer in our sig files - and - probably because our business and our offers are on line (dohhh!). So what are these 'other niches' that any money will come from?

As for being in a highly competitive niche,
    weight loss?
    health and fitness?
    self improvement?
    nutrition?
    vitamins?
skin care? . . . . all are highly competitive but all have small niches within the main niche that can be exploited.

There is no point at all in telling anybody to fear competition - much better to teach them how to build a better mouse trap and become the competition.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!

Competition is one thing but the how to make money niche is another.

Sure there's comp in the weight loss and the other niches you mentioned but are any of the prospects in those niches also trying to sell something?

Prospects in other niches are pure prospects.

Maybe you've misunderstood my meaning of online business.

It means the same thing as internet business.

About the sig file remark, all I was trying to say there is...

since this is an forum related to doing business online it only makes sense that each and everyone of us would have something related to doing business online in our sig file.

But the money to be made that will change our financial lives will most likely be in other niches.

I'm not telling people to be afraid of competition...

... but I am saying it's a whole lot easier for a newbie or someone that been around for some time and has never made any money before to operate and finally make money in other markets besides the how to make money niche.

Why climb 10 mountains when you only have to climb 3 or 4?

I'm also hoping people understand that if things are not going well for you selling how to make money stuff, you can always move on to other niches.

Hope This Clears Things Up For You.

I'm sure there's room for debate but in my experience niche markets work for me.

My personal success began when I jumped ship on the biz op stuff and dealt only with people that were not trying to sell stuff themselves.

I simply took the aggressive tactics I learned from the IM niche and applied it to other less competitive niches and found success.

Absolutely. Make your SIG related to the forum you're posting to
for maximum effect. People in a dog training forum are not generally
    interested in cross-stitch.

But what if lots of people had a non IM product or service in their sig file? It may attract a lot of attention and it may be worth a try - especially for those that don't have a good IM product.
