so if I do not want to create an authority site is G out?

OK say i simply want to advertise my service and not create a 50+ page "user educational" experience for the surfer. Is G, basically saying "we aren't interested in you then"? What about using Adwords for such a site?

I do not get it sometimes with G. Say I am an electrician in London and someone wants my service quick. They do not want to surf around me site looking at video on how to change a plug safely etc....I want as phone number now. Are G. discarding such sites?

Yeah, adwords should probably be your choice...
Are you asking- why does google make me pay to advertise my business localy? well, that's their business, isn't it?

But AW's is out as well. I got slapped and banned 4 years ago for advertising a squeeze page. Same page I advertised for 5+ years before that no problems. so they changed their policy to ban squeeze pages. But my question is..sometimes all I want is a quick contact number or to buy a product. Not an online education!

I haven't heard of an all-out war against brochureware (the type of site you're describing), so they should be safe compared to the thin affiliate victims. On the other hand, even the most sparse sites I've encountered are careful to provide more than a name, pic, and phone number. On your site, have you at least provided expected company content? It doesn't have to be any more than:
    • an about us page
    • contact page (includes hours of operation)
    • copyright page
    • mailing list subscription page
    • privacy policy page
    • product page(s)
    • terms of service page
    • what's new page

That's just 8 pages. Anything it takes to separate your presence from those who aren't serious about what they're doing should serve you well.
