Sales letter WP theme vs Normal Wo theme

Hi Guys

It's been a while since I've done the good ol' long form sales letter. Do people tend to still use the long form WP templates, so there is nothing else to click on on the site other than 'buy now', or is it considered better to make the site look more blog based, as with normal WP themes, and just have the sales page on the front page as static?

p.s Are there any decent free sales page wp templates, I found one in Google but it is broken, and others are paid.

  • Hi Phil,

    You cannot go wrong with a long-form sales letter; however, it's advisable to test to see what works for your market.

    You may even test a video sales letter--those are killing it these days.

    My advice is to pony up the $97 and invest in Optimizepress...none of the free stuff is comparable IMO.

    Thanks both for the reply, I saw Optimizepress in the serps, I'll look into that then as I'm sure I've heard others say it is good also.
