Need Marketing Video put together - Any Idea's?

Hi

I need to put a marketing video together for a client. It will involve putting images / text / voice over and possibly a sound track together - probably about 3 to 5 minutes. The video will then feature on the clients website.

Other than fiver (most are only 1 minute on offer) can anyone recommend a quality supplier? I would supply the images/ text etc . Would it be uploaded to youtube and then played on the website ?

(The voiceover needs to be in Australian or English accent, not American)

One other question - if it end up as a youtube video - will there be googles ads all over it? The client wont want that - any solution?

Would appreciate any thoughts
