What do you think about uQast - the NEW Digital Content Sharing service?

I am in need of some feedback regarding a 'supposedly' new launch of a Social Commerce site - "uQast'. I know that it was launched like a couple of years back - first as FreeIQ and again later on as uQast. But it seems like they are now in the final Launch of the full version or idea as a 'Social Search' engine or site and is in the 'Charter Affiliates' launch before going to everybody.
Brad Fallon has opened doors this fully functional Digital Content Sharing service and will let just 2012 Charter Members in before the door will be shut again. uQast will be the best place to find the best FREE and paid content.
According to them - uQast leverages the traffic power of Google, the sales power of Amazon, the video power of YouTube and the People power of Facebook. All in one simple step. No need for a website, or marketing tactics. They seem to open for Charter Affiliates for a 'price' off-cause. It 'sounds' great but was hoping for some feedback from the experts here at the WF to help me in making a possible decision. So please make your 'thought' known
