Text as graphic & standard text for google?

I've got a number of short movies that include text in it
on each of my web pages that I am planning on uploading soon.
Since this text is a graphic item, google search engine won't see
these words.

Is there a way for me to put the same text that's in the movie
somewhere on the same web page as real text, but not visible
to the viewer. I know that's considered trying to fool the search
engine, so I am concerned and want to make sure I do this correctly.

Hidden text is a red flag Google looks for. They will penalize you for it.

It sounds like you are wanting to get ranked for sites that contain videos only. I suggest adding more content around those videos.

Your goal should be to rank for the content, as well as the videos. TIP: In addition to a normal Google sitemap, be sure to add a video sitemap.

I'm sure the SEO experts will weigh in here with more detailed suggestions.

Most of my information is within
      the videos on each page.
Can you tell me what a video site map is?
Am I up a paddle without a creek here
I built this site to be visually interesting
so I put most of the text within the videos...
      does anyone have any suggestions?
Does anyone recommend trying to contact
a google rep and pose the question to them
and is that even possible to do?
