Creating n affiliate program

Excellent Forum.
I'm just getting back into IM after several years, and am working on my first newsletter. Looking for a way to provide my subscribers a way to distribute my newsletter, but automatically incorporate THEIR affiliate tracking urls into any advertising links or ads I have created within the Newsletter SERIES automatically. Would something like that typically require specific software?
I just joined the forum and thought I'd post here while I was thinking about it, but this may be a question to direct toward the autoresponder's support staff.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
