I500 visitors a month is pretty impressive for a new blog. I've checked it out and it's nice. I noticed you dont have Adsense...you could try that even though I wouldn't personally do that. It takes too much traffic away from your page and for pennies.

So here's what I'll suggest:

1. But a lead capture form on your page. In other words, get an autoresponder and get people to sign into your list. That is where the real money is in internet marketing.

2. Look for a great affiliate product and start promoting. It could be a book on tattoos or whatever. Check Clickbank and Amazon for ideas.

3. Think of creating your own products for sale.

That amount of visitors means that there is a market for things tattoo related.

Your goals are far too small, you need to dream big and act hard.

Don't get wrapped up in one method of making money, use this forum to your absolute disposal and find ways that others are making money. Nobody's going to give you an answer that will really help you directly, you need to research!

Well, I know where you're at right now, the mindset you have as I've been there. The truth is that it's not so predictable in online marketing as we would like it to be.

You could be making just a couple of sales every week or you could be making hundreds of sales every week. The only solution is to work for it.

Don't rely on the mindset of hoping for just that extra $100 every week or whatever.

The reason is because in marketing a lot has to do with momentum to be successful. Either your sales funnel converts, and converts for most people or it doesn't make you money whatsoever.

You need to test, optimize, work for it, go for it.

You can:
-Insert adsense ads in your site and find the best way to locate them to get highest CTR.
-Find Amazon products to promote them, You'll get % from sales
-Promote ClickBank products, there is plenty of 'tattoos products'
-Make your own product and promote it

1500 visit\month gives you a good start.

For myself, I would stay well away from AdSense or anything else designed to earn a penny or two when people click something to leave my site rather than staying there.

And I'd start building a list with an opt-in, so I can keep in touch with and build relationships with my subscribers/visitors.

From there, monetization becomes much easier.

Here's how to do this for free:

If you search this forum, you can find free squeeze page templates.

Use Google Docs to create a fill-in form that automatically populates a spreadsheet, subscribe to notifications to the spreadsheet for new entries, and manually send individual emails (not mass emails) to your list members.

Then get Aweber as soon as you can.

Just my two cents on what to do. :-)

Think about Adsense for your market...without looking at the ads on your site, I am guessing they won't do diddly for the tattoo crowd. They aren't getting tattoos or buying them online, so what will those ads do for 'em? Find something they need. Monetize accordingly.

I'd also steer clear of any PPC advertising.

Think about creating a low priced $7 guide and selling that on there. That's 1 sale a week for $1 a day

Maybe create a list and sell things to that list.

COMBINE THE TWO ABOVE!
