Help needed with Paypal issues..

Dear warriors,

I am having trouble sending funds to a service provider. I am supposed to send USD 200, and have a Paypal balance of USD 300..Yet each time I try to send a payment, I get an error message saying "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money"

Anyone gone through this before? I have tried contact PP support but they have not been able to fix the issue..Both our Paypal accounts are Non-US verified..

    I had the same issue earlier as well..Was not able to even buy a WSO coz of this issue..lol...

    What do you have your primary currency set to? I've had that issue before when I had a USD balance in my paypal account but not a GBP balance.

      So the primary currency should be your own countries' and not US?

    First of all...

    If you have an Indian paypal then you cant send money or buy anything from your paypal account !!

    If it isn't a Indian account then you might will have to add a credit card to do so

      Sam.. i am Indian and i was able to make payment till last month using paypal. But don't know why today i am also facing issues and not able to make payment, It says use different card. Is there any changes happened in Indian Law in last 3 to 4 days...

        This issue has nothing to do with Indian paypal account..seems other countries are being affected as well..

          Not sure about other countries but i think India is the only country where you can receive funds from paypal but to make payment there are many issues in that.. Somehow i figured out that using a credit card from a bank which works on international level linked with Paypal .. you can make payments but that payment will be from your credit card not your paypal balance..

    Having the same problem for 3 days now and still can't resolve this.I can't even buy anything using Paypal,regardless the amount of money.

    I ve sent them an email and told me that they get this message from my bank and that i should try to contact them.I contacted my bank and my card works perfectly...

    Something's going on.....
