Starting Membership Site

Hey guys,

I've had some success in various niches and CPA. I'm about to embark on more of a passion project monetized using a membership model. Since I'm starting from scratch I'm going to be building a pre-lauch list for the next 3 months.

For those of you that have experience with membership sites, what kind of conversion rates have you experienced. I was thinking I'd need a list of 3,000 to secure 100 members at launch time.

Am I way off here..?

    It really depends on a lot of factors. I would say about 4%.

      Thanks RR Ninja, so i guess my estimate won't be too far off. the leads should be pretty targeted since the squeeze page is gonna say they will be opting in to the launch list
