Is it possible to build the buyers list with single optin in Aweber. With paypal payment aweber needs to confirm their email again.

Is there any other method or payment system that can do this for me?

    You'll want to avoid Aweber and GetResponse because of the reputation issues. They bleed over to your own business.

    If you must use a third party system, then ConstantContact and Email Brain both have decent reputations.

    If you have enough buyers that you need a tool, then you are earning enough to get a tool created specifically for your business! Do that instead of investing in someone else's business.
