Wordpress with page made in XSitePro

Is there any way to easily paste HTML code into either a Wordpress post, or page, and not have to spend a bunch of time wrangling with it?

As an example, I would love to create a squeeze page in Xsitepro, and then put that squeeze page on my Wordpress blog. From what I understand, iframes are not good for seo so I want to avoid iframing.

I'm using Wordpress 2.7 on my own hosted domain. I've got Xsitepro 2.0.

A plugin that has helped (but not completely) is Visual Code Editor.

I'm hoping a few of the great Wordpress minds that frequent the Warrior Forum will be able to suggest a good solution. Thanks.

Just paste in the raw code from XsitePro without the Head, Html or Body tags. That is, everything from <body> to </body> but be sure to only select text.

The best way to paste stuff like this into Wordpress is by disabling the visual editor it comes with in your User Preferences or switching to "html" view.

Man, I'm glad you answered Blue Squares because I really respect your knowledge.

Let me be more clear...I want to use Xsitepro to create a good looking squeeze page for the home page (or a sticky post).

My theme is the Flexiblity Theme and I still want have the other 2 columns visible, as well as the other navigational tabs at the top. In other words, I want a post that contains elements of Xsitepro - checkboxes, yellow highlight, resource box, etc. and I would like it
to work within the existing theme.

With that preamble said, I'm going to try out your advice.

I've never used Xsiterpo but I do put HTML into posts and pages all the time. Just make sure your html fits within the width of your theme otherwise it tends to throw throw the layout proportions out of whack.

Just insert the code into the wordpress HTML editor (where you write your posts). Some themes play nicer than others though...

Thanks Aaron...I'm still having problems. Of course, these problems are related to my limited HTML coding experience. And yes, I always paste the HTML code into the editor vs. copying from Design page and pasting into design page.
