Anyone been penalized for FB timeline cover image?

I just bought a really cool WSO concerning FB timeline pages.

I haven't converted any of my FB Pages to timeline yet, but I thought this would be the perfect time. I found out the size of the new cover image and created a new cover image for the timeline version. I start updating the page and the first thing that pops up when I am trying to upload the image is something like "images can't be advertising and shouldn't be mostly text" warning from FB. My image is basically exactly that.

I was going to just upload it anyway but I thought I should check first and see if anyone has had a page banned or been "punished" in any way from FB first. I don't think any of my visitors would report me to FB.

    A friend of my mine got his fan page locked because he had a call to action for the visitors to LIKE his FB page.

    This are some of the new terms for the new cover image.

    Covers may not include:
    i. price or purchase information, such as "40% off" or "Download it on socialmusic.com";
    ii. contact information such as a website address, email, mailing address, or information that should go in your Page's "About" section;
    iii. references to Facebook features or actions, such as "Like" or "Share" or an arrow pointing from the cover photo to any of these features; or
    iv. calls to action, such as "Get it now" or "Tell your friends."

      Yea I think a lot will probably get their page locked in a similar way.

      After all everyone is used to filling their page with CTA images
