How would you syndicate short stories?

Thinking of trying the fiction niche again. Although, that kind of content is different from "traditional" content, in that it's focused on entertainment rather than instruction.

So a question to Warriors who are experienced with syndication; how would you go about getting a short story syndicated?

    Well, if it's a good short story, create an EzineArticles.com account. Make a nice profile, start submitting your short stories, and if they're high-quality, people will start reposting them. Unfortunately make people that do this won't include your signature link, but some will. Without the link, it really doesn't do anything for you.

    The same way you'd syndicate nonfiction though fiction is a more natural fit to syndication than info articles. All you need do is find lots of sites specializing in publishing fiction and approach them with your stuff.

    My question to you is, why would you want to do this? What's your goal? With article syndication most people are looking for targeted traffic, list building and email marketing of affiliate and original products. What's the goal with syndicating fiction?

      Same deal. Getting targeted traffic and building a loyal following. I may not do affiliate marketing, but with a bit of creativity, I can see some unique opportunities with writing fiction.
