Finding Indian Blogs and Sites

I want to find sites that are actually hosted in India and I cannot seem to find a way to do it. I don't want to find sites that are about India but hosted in the U.S. or Canada or Europe, etc. I only want site that have the *.in domain or are hosted within India.

Does anyone know how to do this using Google or any other methodology?

My goal is find Indian blogs/sites where I can guest blog.

    Is this to try and get backlinks to help a site rank in google.co.in? I've got the same problem, trying to target India, my site is page 1 on google.com but nowhere on google.co.in :/ Do you have any advice?
