Has Kunaki ever had fulfillment delays for you?
Hi all,
Back in November 2011 I used Kunaki for about 12 orders of a test info product. 3 of the orders were delayed for 2 weeks (before counting the additional shipping time). The customers were irate, and I couldn't justify using them after a 25% problem rate.
I just wanted to ask you all if I was unlucky, or have others also seen these delays from time to time? I'm thinking about giving them a 2nd chance.
