It would have helped to mention where your traffic is coming from.

    Hi,

Is you traffic targeted? Then you should check up your website and see what ingredient is missing.

Can I ask what quantity of traffic do you call lots of traffic?

You will get much better answers if you provide better information.

But given what you have stated, if you are getting targeted traffic, then look at your sales copy.

If you are not getting targeted traffic, adjust your traffic generation tactics to get targeted traffic and you can do that a number of ways that have been posted on this forum many times, both free ways and paid ways, so search the forum for that.

If it is your sales copy, make sure you go over their problem and how YOU ARE or what you have to offer is the solution.

People don't buy (or search for) great products or services usually. They search for and buy solutions to their problems.

nice looking site. Even if your traffic was targeted (which it should be), your site has a very weak call to action.

I had to look for the fact that you were selling something. while the page looks good, its unclear to me instantly what you want users to do once they get to the page.

The big moving picture thing in the middle can still work for you, but you need to get some pictures with words on there that entice people to click there. I see its clickable, but nothing really gave me a reason to click there.

also, your services page talks about services, but doesn't offer them for people to buy. at the very least, there should be a link on that page to your "packages" page.

sorry if I am overly critical, just trying to be honest. Your site looks good and you seem to be going in the right direction. You just need to get the sales part down.

Personally I would be more clear on what social marketing actually is. You have 4 sentences on the homepage which tell you what it is and I think to most people it wouldn't even make sense. Remember you are trying to sell to local businesses who may not understand a) the jargon used or b) the concept of social media c) the power of social media for business/advertising purposes. Also I would ditch the massive scroller at the top. I think it looks good but doesn't serve much purpose, instead get people right to clear/concise information on the service you are providing.

I am by no means a marketing expert so take my comments with a pinch of salt if you like. All I am trying to do is put myself in the shoes of a local not IT literate local business owner.

    Hi jeffrufino,

I have to agree with a previous comment. It's not clear what your website is offering.

The are several things you can do...

You need to make it clear to visitors what it is you're offering and what's in it for them.

You need a headline with a big promise of the results your customers will get from you. It needs to paint a picture of the possible results they'll get.

The website points out the things that you do but remember these are features. So realise the customer is only interested in one thing and that is finding a solution to their problem.

Essentially right up front you need to be saying to the customer something along the lines of...

'Hey! If you've got x problem then just to let you know I've got the solution.'

You've got a video on there. Videos are good they have been proven to convert better than sales letters. However, the video is lacking speech. People will be more interested if they could hear you telling that about what you can do for them. It works far better.

You also might want to consider setting the video to auto-play. That is as soon as someone lands on your website the video will start playing. Otherwise you stand the risk of people not clicking the play button. A missed opportunity. Because this didn't happen I almost didn''t spot you had a video there. Make it work for you.

    This will help.

    To your success, Ian Stables

Not necessarily. It depends on your demographic. In my demographic of 40 and above, college educated, make over $150K a year niche, the bounce rate off video is almost 100% but my text only sales page converts at 75% which is amazing, imho.

Personally, if there is a video and no or little text, I bounce off the page immediately too. I can read much faster than I can listen to someone talk.

So the answer is to split test it or have a video to one side and start the sales copy beside the video and down the page so that someone like me could just read it and skip the video.

Go to odesk.com and place 2 jobs and get bids stating what you are willing to pay. Make sure you state that you will need to see multiple examples of their work first. Also, check their reputation.

depends on where the traffic is coming from ..Is it quality traffic ( SEO , Social Media , Ad Swaps , Paid Traffic.. I think someone needs to be talking in that video and it needs to be above the fold and autoplay as soon as the potential customer lands on the page also in the video you should announce a free gift relevant to your niche in exchange for......Drum roll....... First and Email ..Because guess what you will make way more sales on email follow ups then you will any other form of traffic. When it comes to getting people to your site SEO is king .When it comes to getting people to buying your product and service . Email traffic is King

Doesn't seem clear on what you want your prospects to do. Do you want them to call you? Do you want them to read some articles? Do you want them to like you on Facebook? Do you want them to buy something? Do you want them to click on your "services" tab? What do you want them to do?

Split test everything. Design, ad copy, colors, cta placement, etc. Never stop testing every possible aspect of your site.

Basically, it's all about insane amounts of testing until you find the combination that works best for your traffic.

I've noticed on a few of my sites, simply moving an adsense block or advertisement to a different part of the page has increased earnings by crazy amounts.

I also recommend studying eye movement pattern studies. There are free heatmaps you can use for your site to see what your users are trying to click on. The results are shocking, to say the least.

Following is my opinion and few suggestions if you think it is fine :

............it is not very clear in the first place what you do.

............a simple bullet points mentioning few important points how you offer solutions to your buyers would be a great help for the traffic to make a buying decision.

............your price is not that friendly and since the trust factor is missing, you have to put some testimonials to build the trust or offer some trial period for the buyers to taste your service.

Maybe you need to integrate more captivating online marketing strategies to convert those visitors into customers. Try to study their interest and take advantage of it. I suggest you to create a medium that allows you to connect with them, a fan page perhaps will do.

    Be honest with your customers
that what make they came again

tell them your pricing strategy if you must to
Price yourself too high and you'll lose out to cheaper competitors

Know your audience, listen to them
sometimes customer will happy that they are telling you what they want

and don't forget to track everything
The percentage of repeat visitors tells you something, about whether you are engaging visitors early in the purchasing process and bringing them back for the sale. A high bounce rate indicates pages that are failing to deliver on their promises. Add to cart rates, cart abandonment rates, login vs registration vs abandonment rates, product removal (from cart) rates - all of these will identify areas of your checkout and purchase process that are underperforming, or improving.

As mentioned above, one of the most important things is Targetted traffic.

I took a look at your site and I think you could lay things out better. One has to slog thru a lot of words to understand what you are selling. Try to make your sales copy so it is easier to figure out what you are offering.

For sales you need extremely targeted traffic. If they do not convert, then add them to squeeze page, if they did not sign up then send to different affiliate offer something like $1 trial and then billed.

By this way you can improve the ROI from your visitors.
