    If you do have the budget though, I recently purchased a course called Traffic Uncut by Richard Legg which was awesomeness...which you should also get.

      The best traffic that any webmaster could get is get your product in front of people that will be interested in what you have to offer.

      If your selling kittens....go find kitten lovers.

      If your selling kites...go find kite fanatics and tell them about your product/service.

      You can find your prospects everywhere like forums and social networks and among other places.

      Easiest thing to do is to look up a forum that your prospect would most likely hang out at and follow them. Just watching what your buyers are doing and where on the net their going will tell you where you should advertise your wares.

    Set up a blogspot site, then use the social bookmarking tools to give it a boost. Make sure you use long tail keywords though.
