Hi Folks,

Knowing what you know now...would you do it again?
Would you go into online marketing?

Why would you do it again?
Why would you not do it again? :p

I kinda started at 14. That would be about 18 years ago. I started making money with it at about 16. Way back then, I was using some crazy slow internet services. I think one of the first was Prodigy.

My only regret is that I didn't start sooner...if that's even possible

Knowing what I know now about making money online, I'd do it all over again. I didn't fully capitalize on the ebay goldmine. Sure I made tons of cash on ebay but I could have made so much more. My thought process was way off as I lived for week to week back then. I would have thought more strategically.

I've actually been internet marketing since '99 or 2000. I seen the power of emailing potential buyers back then but never created a mailing list after that. Building a list is something I greatly regret.

If I could do it all over again, I would build lists....for everything!

If its working to make money, always keep doing it. Why would anyone stop something that makes them more money? I will never stop.

I would do it all over again because the potential for making money online is massive. Yes its competitive but so is everything else that has top earners.

Of course I'd do it again! We're on the fast track and there's no looking back. Would I do things differently? I sure would! Like many of the people just starting, my first months were slow and I didn't really cover any ground. I bounced from topic to topic. But now I learned that the key is to stay focused on one area and research the heck out of it. Then go full out on it and don't look back.

We are quite new to the business but I wish I had started earlier. Love all the learning and results that come with it.

If I could honestly go back in time and "do it all again", I would have stayed in school to become a doctor. More solid business model in my opinion.

  • lol, pretty much just like what everyone said - I wish I started sooner.

But then again, you can look at it from the point of view that maybe I wasn't ready for it sooner.
No regrets, the right things happen at the right times. I don't believe there are any mistakes in life. Things happen because they were just meant to happen.

    Would I start over again?

Well it's kinda like going Prestige in Call of Duty (if any of you know what I'm talking about). You lose all your weapons, all your equipment, and start back again at level 1 and have to rank up all over again from the beginning.

However - you still have your skills. You still have your familiarity with the game and you still know the weapons, the maps and how to play the game. That's kinda how I see this thread.

And yes, I would go Prestige

My stars, everyone says they would do it again. Then it must be worth it.
All the hours at the computer, the anxiety, the wondering the buying of products to help us even when were broke. That says a lot....

I wish I had started much earlier when it was all more simple. That way I could have grown as the I.M. game grew, Then I more than likely would not be as confused and frustrated as I have been these past 5 years.
