Please help! How do I create a quick & easy site?

Hi all,
Please forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong area. Here's my problem. I want to become a $99 retailer of those nifty picture throws (or as I call them...blankets) but the problem is, they only give you a website IF you buy in at $399 2 yrs hosting or $499 (5 yrs hosting) levels.

Interesting and important Note:
You purchase a Deluxe or Custom Deluxe package, sell 15 custom throw items within the first 30 days and receive a FULL refund of the package price.

Even if I did, would you think it would be worth it? Or just go it alone?

Also, I want to mainly concentrate on selling only 2 of their items (pillows & throws), problem is, how can I do this if customers have to upload pics to be used to make their customized items? What if they don't have computers?

I want to be able to go out with my laptop and get direct orders, maybe download their pics while they wait?

It takes a few weeks from start to finish to get them back and I want to do this in time for Mother's Day which is only a few weeks away! I already have a couple of people interested in buying!

So...what would YOU do?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Do you think you'll be able to sell 15 custom throw items within the first 30 days? Do you have alot of experience when it comes to internet marketing?

Wow, that seems pretty expensive for hosting. Why not just get your own hosting - install wordpress and pick a free theme.

You can realistically have a decent site up within an hour. If you've never used wordpress there could be a little more of a learning curve but it will work out to your benefit in the longrun.

Also, another option - most hosts have 1 click installs for everything including e-commerce sites. If you have any questions let me know!

My suggestion is if you are gung-ho is to pay the $399 for 2 years with the website. Hosting will cost you $140 for 2 years and having a website made is easily worth $250 if it's any good.

Making a site for the first time is extremely hard and it will take you easily 5-10 hours with watching tons of youtube videos on how to do things, and even then it won't come out as you like it.

You can do it cheaper, but will it cost you less when you factor in your time? Doubtful.

Lastly, be careful and remember that you should only buy such a site if you know marketing. If you don't you probably won't get back the money you invested into it. I wish you well.
