Do I get commission for CB products I buy??

I want to buy a Clickbank product so I can review it before promoting it. Do I get commission for the item that I buy myself?

    Subject to all the normal accounting policy terms of all affiliate commissions there, of course.

    Yes, but only if you've reached ClickBank's CDR requirement, otherwise you'll never get the commission and ClickBank will eventually reclaim the it.

    Like Alexa mentioned, you can contact the vendor for a review copy. Just contact the vendor and tell them your website, what you're doing, and ask them for a sample copy for review.

    I strongly believe that Clickbank need to do something about this to prevent people buying through their own link. It's only ruining their own marketplace.

      How so?

      As far as I can see there is no problem with doing this, especially if the discount received increases the likelihood of affiliates providing honest and thorough product reviews.
