How far should I stretch my blog's content?

Hey everyone! I am writing articles for a blog I'm slowly building up around a very specific niche. The blog's content is all on 1 specific area, and perhaps around 5/6 unique articles could be written on the topic.

However I've done extensive keyword research and found 30 longtails that could be crushed. Should I write 30 articles (would all be on same topic), or will this badly affect my site due to the google panda algorithm?

In summary my question is do i write and publish only 5/6 articles all independent content? Or do I write and publish 30 articles targeting all keywords, but the content would essentially be repeating?

Thanks so much in advance.

Pete.

Focus on quality. Put yourself in the position of your visitor. Would you want to click on another post to see almost the same information. Nope! Why not just create multiple sites so you can target all of the keywords. Its sounds like you are dying to target all 30.

I agree with James. Focus on quality. Try to keep adding new content on a regular basis. More ideas may come in the future.

Also, try searching Google, etc. for your niche. The results could provide some ideas for other post topics as well.

Yeah I guess that's not a bad idea thanks. I've got an exact match domain at the moment. So I'll be targeting the most lucrative keywords to this domain at least.

I understand from a user point of view it would look really spammy to have lots of articles about 1 problem/topic.

On a pure SEO point of view though would I be penalised for publishing a lot of content on the same subject on the same site?

I think I'll leave going for all 30 on one blog, but I am just interested from an informational point of view. I don't know how panda would handle something like that.
