What are the things that keeps you motivated during your IM journey?

Exactly what the title says.. What are the things that keeps pushing you to work harder and harder.. in other words, keeps you motivated?
It can be a particular book, video, article? Anything.. or even your family, spouse, kids.
Would certainly love to hear from you, I'll keep this thread updated.. and thanks to those who share and contribute to this thread in advance.

P.S. Personally, this video has inspired me a lot, (Even though I'm not a US citizen) Keeps me motivated and wanna fight for the best:
It's really good to see brave warrior who risk their lives being able to return to their loved ones and family members
