  If "Xbox" is trademarked (as I suspect?), then I wouldn't even pay reg-fee for it, because I wouldn't be able to use it or even sell it ...

  Using trademarked names in URLs is often not better than using one that doesn't. In fact you can still sell a non-trademarked URL.
