Where do I find a broker to sell some websites?

INTERNET MARKETING

Where would be the best place to find brokers to sell a few websites for me? I have no experience in flipping sites and just don't have the time right now.

If these are smaller sites you can sell them on flipp.com - Otherwise, if these are companies with a track record and they are producing, you can try BizBuySell - The Internet's Largest Business for Sale & Franchise for Sale Marketplace

  Website brokers will usually only deal with you if you're site is established and generating revenue. A smaller site that isn't making much just isn't worth their time. The best sites to sell through a broker are those valued between $50,000 and $5 million. That's generally a site with $2,500 or more in monthly revenue.
  If your sites don't qualify for this, the best place to sell them is flippa.com. Good luck.

Ebay is not a good place to buy or sell a website. The auction listing process is not designed for websites, there are fewer qualified buyers and lower sales rate. Stick with flippa.

I have sold 3-4 websites on flippa.com
It will cost you $19 to get your site in and in the end you will have to pay a fee if you sell it.I think from $7 up.
Use escrow not paypal because they will hold money and there's no refund once it is approved by buyer.

Even if your website is only making $150-$250 per month, he may consider
selling it for you. I'm subscribed to the Latona Newsletter and know for a fact that some websites he sells are about as high as 60 times the site's monthly revenues. The thing with Flippa buyers is that they're so conditioned with the 12 x monthly revenue mentality...some sites even sell for a lot less..... If however you want to sell brand new sites, there's a seller @ Flippa that's making 200K per year doing just that, selling websites based of services eg dating, selling FB likes etc.... Try selling on Flippa, Bizquest or Buzbuysell. Depending on the size of your site and the traffic.
