Clickbank Confusion HELP!

Okay so I made another sale yesterday and I was super happy about that but then today I was looking in my account and it shows that there is now (this wasn't there yesterday) another order form submit.

It shows there was another sale. My gross amount includes another sale everything looks like I made another sale. Yet CB has not sent me an email about this sale and it doesn't show the sale in my transactions. It doesn't show it as a refund or anything like that so what the heck is going on here. I see it under reporting/analytics but it doesn't show up under transactions. My totals are different. Can someone tell me why this is. Thanks.

    Surely your best course of action is to ask ClickBank. People here are in no better position than you to provide the correct explanation.

      I have contacted CB and am waiting for a reply from them.

      Although, I thought that it was possible that someone here may have had the same situation in the past.

      I am sure your comment could apply to many of the questions asked here.
