Seriously I think something is up with CB today Anyone else having problems?

Okay I posted about an issue with click bank earlier but I just noticed I am having some other issues with them today. My ads aren't showing on my website for one. They just disappeared.

I went to CB to try and just get a new code but it looks as if none of them are working at the moment.

Also, it is showing that I haven't had any hops today which is totally not the case I have had several according to my own analytics tracking. Which is usually close to what CB says.

I have contacted CB but I am wondering is anyone else having some minor tech issues with CB today?

okay just got this from CB:

"Thank you for your inquiry. Our technical team is aware of an issue with the Analytics Report for 3/13/12 and are currently working on it. I will inform you of any results found."

So they are having some issues today it seems. So in case anyone else is having problems you aren't crazy CB is has the hiccups.

Has anyone noticed this happening for the past week even? I am talking the same issue here of very consistent hops (consistently established and targeted traffic source feeding the hops)... yet no sales showing. This is for a product that consistently converts daily... on a very high scale, to suddenly have none; even though the traffic is clearly still there.

Could their issues be expanded beyond the analytic's, and right into the sales as well? I would like to know if anyone has been seeing my issue (consistent sales/traffic...then a sudden and very drastic drop...even though the rest still remains consistent)...? My counterparts are reporting fishy statuses as well... but I haven't really seen anyone talking about this either.

Another thing, I am starting to wonder with the frequency at which their site has glitches; why they aren't making their members aware... I can see on one hand that it could freak everyone out; but I still think it's worse to have people talking in the background and worrying about everything....than to just actually come out and say as a company "hey, bear with us for a while, we are having issues in this exact place"...

I don't imagine how it would not be nerve-racking, as anyone dealing with Clickbank is there for the business aspect of it...and to see one's business suddenly stop functioning, or to lose control over certain aspects... I believe it would be professional for Clickbank to address those concerns therein, when they do arise for their member base, because of that crucial fact.

      Poweredge,

I have noticed a few problems in the past week. I agree that instead of me having to fill out a request ticket they should have come out and said "hey, we are having an issue. As a newer vendor on Clickbank it makes me a little leery about what is going on with my sales. I would have felt better if I didn't have to hunt them down to find out there was a problem. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

What you have to know is that no matter what client or website you use as a vendor / affiliate including clickbank, is that they are not going to be running 100% of the time.

While I agree that CB has its fair share of problems, they still are probably a cut above the rest.
