Well thought out strategy delivering no results

Hey guys,

I'm having problems getting my head around why my SEO strategy is not working. I have many websites but concentrate on a key 10.

A year ago I had little SEO knowledge. I never bothered backlinking my websites, all sites were under 1 ip, and had chosen insanely hard keywords. YET...... I was making around £200 a month from adsense and £200 from amazon.

About 6 months ago i changed things looking to get a bit more advanced using software and creating backlinks to my sites. I believe I have a well thought-out strategy that I've created from reading various posts from blogs/forums.

I use the following software daily...

2x senukex
no hands SEO (for t2s)
3 way links with about 400 incoming links.
1x linkalicious paid
1x backlink indexer premium
Hide my ass pro
Backlink monitor to monitor backlinks index rate
Senuke x bio spinner
Magic article rewriter
Micro niche finder

So far I have seen nothing, absolutely NO results after months of using the software.
I'd like to think I'm now fairly advanced with SEO knowledge. I have many websites under different ips, a dedicated server and posting under hide my ass. IP diversity is great and backlink volume is high but rankings are not climbing.

Basic off page overview of strategy...
Choose green keywords from micro niche finder (green should be easy right?)
Create X8 Forum links + various others in senuke x (experimented with all senuke campaigns)
Campaigns are created for 30 day periods and at regular amount each month.
Collect created links placing into linkalicious and backlinks monitor. *
Building T2 links to my T1s

Basic on page overview of strategy...
An example site of mine pctabletpc.co.uk - getting about 10 hits a day....
Good on page seo with h1, h2 tags, image tags
Every page has unique content

My only saving hope is that I've recently just started indexing the backlinks fully. I've had backlinks monitor for about a month and a half now and I'm making a real effort into making sure all links are indexed. I have the enterprise edition of backlinks indexer and paid linkilicious so pumping the links into these daily.

It's so disheartening hearing people "I made 1 sexnuke fully monty and I'm top" story. I don't know whether to believe these as I've never had these kinds of results.

So my question... What am I doing wrong? What am I missing?
Thank you for reading. I'd appreciate ANY help. Getting desperate now!

So from your testing, using one IP and doing no backlinking got better results than using all of the above?

That's one of the reasons I don't use any of the above.

Respectfully, if you did no backlinking for ages, then tried to game Google like you have, scraping, spinning, mass submitting etc - that could be why you've had no results.

This might be controversial in a forum like this, but your post proves the point that SEO tricks are becoming more and more worthless as the search engines intelligence become more sophisticated.

The search engines want to deliver valuable CONTENT to their users to keep them happy and deliver what they are looking for. If they don't deliver QUALITY content but just deliver whoever used the most tricks to get to the top of the listings, then people will stop using them and look for an alternative. Result = advertisers will desert them and go elsewhere too.

The search engines are not in the business of losing money so they need to keep producing better quality results and they do that by getting rid of poor quality sites from their listings and making it difficult for SEO 'experts' to manipulate the system.

The only solution for you is to deliver QUALITY CONTENT, that way you'll get to the top and you will stay there without worrying if your latest tricks and techniques need tweaking.

    Hope this helps.

Don't be disheartened. I experienced similar results with SE NukeX and other multi-faceted SEO software. I even spread my posts over 1-2 weeks per campaign and still no results at all. I get better results focusing on my on page SEO, plus off page SEO using bookmarking social links and edu links pointing to my blogs, money sites and YouTube videos. Google is smart enough to discern between contrived, "brute force" rankings campaigns and natural campaigns. And supposedly, from what I've read on several SEO forums, hiding your IP is not really a smart option anymore as that broadcasts a negative "signal". Google sees that as obfuscation, a very dirty word in SEO.

      ^^^ This. Big Time.

Yesterday someone was asking how to get a successful Blog up and running. The theme of the post was keywords, SEO, niche finding software and the like. That stuff is important but it's NOT the holy Grail. I wrote the post below and it was pretty much ignored.

That's okay, most people aren't really looking for a remedy they're looking for others to affirm the dopey stuff they're doing. Hopefully, you (the OP) are open to some sense. Everyone shouts about taking action but most forget to point out that you need to take the RIGHT action. Anyway, here's the post:

Having been around Internet Marketing for a while here's what I would do. And before I tell you what I would do I'll say I'm actually doing it. And the reason I'm doing what I'm about to describe is because I lunged at a lot of shiny objects to get to the point where I figured out it's not about shiny objects.

      1. Find something you like and you know about. Yes, you can find a profitable market or niche and try to cash it. But if you don't actually enjoy what you're doing failure often comes quickly. Trust me on this. People who know how to push cash buttons in markets outside of their field of expertise most often leaned what buttons to push working at something they both understood going in and enjoyed working it. If you get this part right the rest is simple.

      2. Identify a product or service based on what you know about the market. This is why #1 is so important. Another reason is, if you know about a market it's likely you can relate to your buyers. That means you understand their hopes, dreams, desires and what makes them tick. With this understanding you'll know how to position yourself to serve them.

      3. Create a community around your market. Set up a Blog. Add great content to it often. Get guest posters to post. Put up a link partner page and trade links with others. Go to article directories and get the best articles you can find on your niche and post them, giving the author credit. Be mindful of keywords and the whole SEO trip but DO NOT be a slave to it. Go to Youtube and find videos that fit your niche and ask the video creator if you can use his or her video, then give that person credit and maybe a link. Write relevant and objective reviews on stuff in your market. And of course, while you're creating this community, be building a list.

      4. If you do the stuff in #3 you're going to start seeing a lot of traffic and should be getting a lot of signups to your list. Once you've built trust, start offering affiliate products or creating your own stuff and offer it to your list. That's it. It takes some time to set this up but once it's going it snowballs really fast.

The whole trick to marketing is providing value. The mistake most people make is they try to start selling on day one before anyone knows or trusts them. Build a community with great resources for your visitors and the sales will naturally follow.

As some of us have been saying for a while now, low quality, spammy back-links built at a high velocity and obviously using automated tools - are a 'trick' of the past. Sure, Google hasn't caught up with everyone yet, but it will.
I suggest you slowly wind-down your link-building activity over a period of a few weeks and start looking for some quality links to offset the dross that's pointing to your sites right now. Then get back to the hard work of adding new content, tools to help people interact with your website more effectively, and provide some value. Create some stickyness, build your lists.....'proper' marketing.

From you list of 10 products, the only one I ever use is the last: Micro Niche Finder. I also use Market Samurai. I use these two tools for keyword discovery and assessing my competition. I don't use any software to "game" Google.

I consistently write what I believe to be high quality content and post it first on my own blogs. I then distrubte these identical articles to syndication lists that have indicated they wish to receive my content for further publication.

Finally, I publish these same articles on Ezine Articles without making any changes whatsoever.

I have a good automatic ping list built into my blogs, I do some guest blogging and always backlink from my Twitter and Facebook accounts. Lately, I've also been adding them to my Google+ account.

That's it. No expensive subscriptions, no spammy spinning, no gaming the search engines.

All my sites receive constantly high traffic figures and the last site I created 11 months ago now receives 15k visitors per month and growing.

Micro Niche Finder is the only one on that list to continue using, when you need it, in my opinion.

Again, in my opinion: you have a quantitative approach to SEO which isn't serving you well (or "isn't serving you at all"). You're missing the fact that the things determining the linkjuice value of backlinks to your pages are quality and relevance. And that's a gradually developing trend which Google assures us will continue, too. "Numbers of backlinks" alone don't help.

Quality gradually breeds its own quantity. Quantity alone breeds nothing, as you've been seeing.

Looks to me that your knowledge of SEO is rather limited to black hat SEO. Google has probably flagged your sites.

I suggest you stop the push button SEO and try to earn some quality links.
