client wants boomtownroi.com how do i?

Hey Guys -- I have a real estate client that is looking to buy a site from boomtownroi.com
they are charging $1500 upfront and $1400 for their craigslist master poster program and $1000 for google adwords seo.
What courses / services / etc from WF could I buy to try and duplicate that system?
Any suggestions is helpful - as I am trying to see if I can do it cheaper / as good/ better..

    I am responding to correct the misinformation about BoomTown's product. Access to use all of our tools is included in the monthly license fee, including our Craigslist tool. There is no additional charge for this. Nor do we charge anything for Google AdWords management. We only provide guidance on how budgets should be set and/or allocated, but there are no requirements here or associated fees for PPC. Happy to answer any further questions as needed.
