Looking for Website Feedback

Hello all...

As many of you know, I operate in the electronics niche via several Amazon review sites.

I'm building out my main money site and I'm looking for insight into what people find most useful in a review site.

What keeps you coming back to a website like cnet or pcmag or zdnet when you need a product review for a computer, GPS, etc?

Is it tools? Is it the reviews alone? What keeps you coming back?

Thanks,

Tom

Honestly? You probably won't like my answer.

    Results in google searches.

I look through the first few pages to read reviews.

Now, I will say I am turned off when I find only one or two reviews on a site when I see on Amazon there are 20 billion. lol

IMReport card is my favorite review site. Its interactive and seems to be real honest down to earth people that are not trying to plug their affiliate links.

Thanks Jill. I'll admit it wasn't the answer I hoping for exactly since I want to build a following and not have to rely on Google constantly. That said, my sites rank incredibly well so it's not the worst thing in the world.

I suspect your answer is pretty similar to what lots of people think. Personally, it's how I operate as well. I just didn't know if I'm the exception or the rule.

Hopefully, others chime in and I can get at least some sort of read on others as well.

    Insight appreciated!

@jamesrich1: Thanks. That's good to know.

I've been banging my head against the wall trying to come up with fancy tools or special offers but I get the feeling that, in the end, good info and a clean site are all I really need.
