Would Someone Be Kind Enough to Translate I think it's either Spanish or Portugese

Hope this is the right forum.

I have a slight problem, one of my subscribers has written to me but afraid I can only translate the first part of her message, which I think is "received the lessons ???? after that it's beyond me. It's not in a language I know.

Recibi las lecciones libres, y hoy empece con el ejercicio para aclarar los chacras. Muy agradecida estoy con usted por esta ayuda. Bendiciones

As I always want to reply to any queries from my subscribers, I sure would appreciate a translation.

    Why not use Google Translate?

    It says:

    Received free lessons, and today I started with exercise to clear the chakras. I am grateful to you for this help. blessings

    At least that's what Google tells me...
