Advice on Recording a Phone Call From Landline

Hi guys,

I have a question about recording a phone call made from a land line. I have an upcoming phone interview with someone important, but am not sure what the best solution is for recording the conversation. I will probably be using a land line, but I could borrow an Android if that makes it easier in some way. I don't actually use cell phones anymore, since the stupid touch screens became popular and phones started getting larger and dumber (hybrid tablet-computer pieces of crap), which is why I prefer land line.

I thought of Google Voice, but found out that their call recording feature only works for incoming calls to your Google Voice number. The problem is that I will be the one calling into this person's conference line, so it won't work for outgoing calls (lame!).

I really need to find some workaround or solution that doesn't cost money, or is very cheap. I will only need to do this one time (in the near future) and so subscribing to a service or buying an expensive software is not a good option...I've also considered Skype, but you can't make calls for free with that like you can with Google Voice...trying to avoid having to do that, though it may turn out to be the cheapest and easiest way to sort it all out.

Does anyone know of a better free solution to this...? Are there any mobile apps for Android that anyone has used for recording calls?

I'd appreciate any input and suggestions, thanks in advance.
