Do you need SSL if using e junkie and paypal?

Hey everyone, Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Quick question before the festivities begin. I have written an ebook and at the advice of a few warriors I have given away the first 4 chapters as a gift to opt-in to my list. I now want to sell the full version on my site and was going to set up with pay pal and e junkie to do this. Do I also need SSL for my site or is that taken care of through e junkie? I googled but found conflicting information and want to make sure I do everything right.

    You don't need ssl for paypal to work.

    You might want to send in a ticket to ejunkie and get information from the horses mouth.

    The transaction through PayPal is protected by PayPal's SSL.

    The download through E-Junkie is protected by E-Junkie's SSL.

    You may have something else on your site that needs SSL, but if the product is simply bought through PayPal and downloaded through E-Junkie, you're covered and everything is fine.
