I need good website designer to make me good looking website like these top clikcbank sales pages

Hello everyone I have trouble to find good web designer to make me new website design I have website offering seo/traffic services design is pretty bad as I made it myself I need to find some very professional designer to make good looking sales page like these top clickbank sale pages with stunning graphics good formatted text etc I tried posting my project in guru and elance but honestly nobody have clue what I'm asking I asked in project for sales page design and to show some examples from providers what are their 2-5 of best sales pages they have made I got 20 proposals and nobody could provide good samples of sales pages they have made they all provide bunch of regular sites like ecommerce etc 15-20 samples although I ask for just 2-5 best sites and sales pages not regular sites. If they don't understand requirements at the start then such people I can't hire. Money not problem as long result is also good.... I thought since in this forum are lot of members who have Internet marketing products then most of you have gone through process to find good website designer and maybe can give some advice
