INTERNET MARKETING

Yes, there are no end of low-lifes out there trying to scum product from us for free etc etc and then often go sharing such product on download sites blah blah rant rant...

But here's a new one (OK, not so new, I've had it about a dozen times in the past year).

Email in via my contact form -

I purchased your product XXXXXX on XXXXXl my Paypal confirmation ID XXXXXX, but didn't not receive my download link via email.

Could you please forward it to me again.

Can you please provide us with your correct payment details... "who" did you purchase this from. It seems you didn't purchase "How to Make Money Fast!" from us.

* Email address used for billing
* Name used for billing
* Date of payment
* Transaction number / receipt

Once we have received this, we can process your request.

Post your friggin' Paypal ID on a pubic forum board for every drop kick to see!! Seriously, are you stupid??

These trolls go looking for such things and then pretend to be YOU!

Unfortunately this happens on the forum just about every day especially on the WSO section.

I hope that many Warriors, particularly those with limited experience of life on the Internet and how to act on forums, will read this thread.

If you've got a problem with someone you've purchased from, simply PM them the details, don't be a douche and post it publicly.

I got same email request from 2 guys saying that they did not receive their download link from their wso purchase yesterday. At that time I was like so damn busy to check for their trasaction id that I simply sent them the direct download link to my wso.

Hours later when I checked for these cheapskate paypal details, I realized that I was being tricked by them...

Guest it's a learning point for me.

Hopefully Paypay will introduce the Secure keypad device, such as those used by HSBC, I would imagine the introduction of these will put an end to internet banking fraud of any kind, if you don't have the device you cannot log into your account period.

Wow...

Sneaky as. I can understand that many of you guys are busy, but I personally would never just send them the download link. Customer satisfaction is nice but seeing as so many products are shared via torrents over the last few years, I would be very careful about what you should be doing before reassuring a payment has been received.

The real deception comes when they use the SAME details (name etc) that a REAL CUSTOMER has posted in a WSO thread... but it get's sent from a different email address! And you don't notice.

You should ALWAYS resend to the email address that was used with purchase.

Wow! Thank you for posting this! I am always surprised at the people who post their information! I actually saw a guy post his email AND password on the WSO section!

I think the mods should post this in every forum section under "rules".. perhaps title it "Forum posting for dumbas.. I mean dummies".

It really is amazing the dishonesty of some trolls out there.

I have been caught by this once. I just wanted to provide good customer service, and if someone says they did not recieve the download link, I just want to take care of them.

But as the old saying goes, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

These bozos will have only one chance to fool you. Never again.

I don't necessarily think they are out to get your Paypal ID. I think a lot of them are just hoping you can't be bothered checking for their transaction and will just send them a download link to the product. I have had these emails before and everytime I will ask for the Paypal email address they paid with before I ever give them access to their purchase.
