What are the better affiliate networks?

INTERNET MARKETING

As a relative noob i've only created two websites, one through amazon associates and one through clickbank. Apart from those two what are the major affiliate networks worth looking into. Ive done a few internet searches but their does seem to be quite a large choice.

Amazon and Clickbank are both good but there are plenty more such as Commission Junction, Affiliate Window, Linkshare and many others.

It's also worth looking at some of the smaller networks where you can often find things a bit less competitive;-)

I'll chime in and say I've enjoyed the most success with Commission Junction and Plimus as affiliate networks - that could be just me though :-)

Clicbank is great for the fortnightly payouts. Amazon is actually the affiliate network I least like because I see more refunds there then with any other affiliate network. Again that might just be my experience though.

  I think these are 2 great choice for a newbie. They're both easy to use. I don't agree with NiallR that there are a lot of refunds on Amazon. I haven't had that experience. Sure, I've had some but not enough that I'd call it my least favorite network.
  
  I've used Commission Junction like NeilC and they're not bad (easy to use, etc). You might want to see if there's anything you want to be an affiliate there for. They have a ton of options. I think they're very newbie friendly.
