Is There A Wordpress Plugin That Does This?

What I am looking for is an unblockable popup plugin for Wordpress. It's not for spammy use, opt-in box or anything like that. Instead the website has an interactive element that insists that you make a choice or vote on something before proceeding. So the popup needs to be something that darkens the surrounding area of the webpage so the popup dominated the screen, and the message will be a question or poll, where the user can opt to either answer the question/vote in the poll or click something like "i don't want to do this" and it's fine, they can carry on with what they were doing on the site but they don't get the benefit of their decision making a difference to the user experience (i.e improvements, decisions on how we upgrade etc). It will have a social network element, built around a specific & possibly unique concept i have in mind.

I've googled but all I could find any that I can configure in this way. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!

Most of the pop up systems do the screen darkening and can't be blocked. I also recall seeing a few WSOs for this. A quick Google search for unblockable pop up produced dozens of results. Here are the first three. I believe most pop ups allow you to put whatever code you need into them:

Of course these are intended primarily for opt ins, but you don't have to put opt in code into them.

Ok here is the tricky part I kinda forgot to mention.... I need to be able to set up a pre-made list of popups. As the user continues interacting with the site, they will get more popups as they progress. Not a "game" but an interactive element.

I believe there's a plugin that does this, but it's part of a "full version" of something I used some time ago. If I recall, it's something like an opt-in plugin that lets you define what's actually listed on the page.

In other words, you can scrap the email opt-in and define your own HTML. Depending on your technical knowledge, you could simply use the output of another plugin and use it here.
